INTRODUCTION

Booking appointment with a registered Doctor, Hospital, Clinic, Laboratory, etc. is easy and includes few steps. The medical doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, etc. register in different specialty called here "GROUPS" (General Medicine, Gynecology, Pediatrics, etc.). By pointing the mouse on "Medical Appointment", all existing groups are visible. Depending on the size of the screen, it may be necessary to scroll down for some specialties or groups.

STEP 1: SELECTION OF DOCTOR, HOSPITAL, CLINIC, LABORATORY

Click on the specialty and the list of all the doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, etc. registered in that specialty will be displayed. The name of the doctor is showed together with the country, street address (with a link to google map guiding to the doctor, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, etc. address), telephone (if he or she selected to show it) and a quick contact link (redirecting to the doctor email).

STEP 2: SELECTION OF DATE AND TIME

The available date is green. When clicking on a data it brings available times also in green. Click on the time and on "Add Service to Cart", it shows a green message saying "Service Added to the Cart". Click on "Book Now".

STEP 3: ORDERING THE APPOINTMENT

Complete the order form that includes ALL compulsory information: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number (Scroll down your country code, add the phone number at the blank right place, TICK the Patient's Terms Conditions and Click "Continue". It will bring " Methode of Payment: International Doctor Booking". Click "Confirm Appointment.

STEP 4: PAYMENT

Review the Order and click "Pay with Credit Card". You will complete: Card Number, Month (MM) and Year (YY) issued CVC (security Number at the back of most bank cards). You will decide to tick "Remember me or Not". Then, Pay. You will receive the confirmation message and the receipt of your appointment. The receipt will be sent as well in your email.
