Welcome to INTERNATIONAL DOCTOR BOOKING. We establish our relationship with our partners with an agreement enabling mutual and transparent collaboration. The following terms and conditions spell out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. COMMITMENT TO RESPECT THE APPOINTMENTS

The client/patient is required to respect the appointment obtained through international doctor booking. The client/patient-doctor should consider that canceling the appointment has high implication on other persons seeking the appointment and the doctor precious time. The cancellation of the appointment must be by important reason, especially uncontrolled. International Doctor Booking, LLC has the right to deny using international doctor booking, by someone who cancels the appointments for unjustified reasons.

REVIEW AND RATING

The review and rating of the facilitation of booking the appointment as well as the services provided by the Doctor are required actions. By using international doctor booking system, the clients/patients are taken as partners for improving the customer health care. They are, therefore, requested to contribute to the improvement of the system of booking the appointment with Doctors and the quality of services Doctors provide. The review and rating should be done in fair and respectful manner. The guiding objective must be ONLY to improve the quality of services. Therefore, as much as possible, specific quality of services issues, should be provided and suggestions to improve it. The general statement should be used as less as possible.

COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY

The only information and any communication the clients/patients are allowed to provide on this system are the ones required for booking appointment with the doctor. The system doesn’t allow the sickness information, usually confidential. The QUICK CONTACT and the telephone number of the Doctor must be used for important questions and clarifications for obtaining the appointment, how to reach the doctor office, etc. The CONTACT US directs the clients/patients to the international doctor booking system administration only. The communication through it is for questions and clarifications on how to book an appointment with a Doctor. It includes especially how the system works and the problems faced when booking the appointment.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any form of communication on our system, you are hereby granting to the public an unrestricted license to use, copy, modify, adapt or document in any form any communications, information or any underlying work in which you may possess proprietary rights, including but not limited to copyright rights. All users of the system are therefore deemed to have disclaimed or waived all copyright ownership rights in their messages or files, even if they contain copyright notices. You shall have absolutely no recourse against us as the system provider for any alleged or actual infringement of any proprietary rights to which you may claim ownership. Your use of our system affords you access to many of the features of our system, but some aspects of our system remain within our exclusive proprietary control. We or our suppliers own the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of our system, including but not limited to the computer software, the related documentation, the end-user interfaces, the name of our system, many of the individual features, and the collective works consisting of sequences of all public messages on our system. You may not reproduce any sequence of messages from our system, either electronically or in print, without our permission. In addition; you may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, translate, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile or dissemble any aspect of the system that our suppliers or we own.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The patient must bear the risk of any liability relating to use the system. ACCORDINGLY, USING OF THE SYSTEM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SYSTEM.

INDEMNITY

You shall defend and indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), relating to any acts by you or materials or information transmitted by you in connection with our system, leading wholly or partially to claims against us or our system by other subscribers or third parties, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY

THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, CONDITION, GUARANTY, OR REPRESENTATION, WHETHER ORAL, IN WRITING OR IN ELECTRONIC FORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN OR PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding between the Patient and International Doctor Booking, LLC.

ENGAGEMENT A RESPECTER LE RENDEZ-VOUS

Le patient est requis de respecter le rendez-vous obtenu à travers International Doctor Booking. Le patient doit considérer que annuler le rendez-vous a une grande implication sur les autres patients qui veulent les rendez-vous et le temps du médecin. L'annulation du rendez-vous doit avoir une raison très importante et surtout indépendante de sa propre volonté. International Doctor Booking, LLC se réserve le droit de refuser les demandes de rendez-vous aux personnes qui annulent les rendez-vous sans raison importante.

APPRECIATION ET QUOTATION

L'appréciation et la quotation de la facilitation du rendez-vous médical et des services du médecin sont requises. En utilisant international doctor booking, les patients sont considérs comme des partenaires pour l'amélioration de la qualité des soins. L'appréciation et la quotation doivent être fait de manière objective et respectueuse. Elles doivent etre guidées SEULEMENT par l'amélioration de la qualité de services. Elles doivent apporter des informations précises pour l'amélioration des services dans la mesure du possible. Les déclarations générales doivent être évites autant que possible.

COMMUNICATION ET CONFIDENTIALITE

Les seules informations que le patient est autorisé a communiquer sont celles nécessaires pour demander le rendez-vous médical. Le système n'autorise pas de communiquer les informations sur la maladie qui sont souvent confidentielles. Le lien de contacte et le téléphone du médecin doivent être utilisés pour des questions importantes de clarification pour obtenir le rendez-vous ou pour l'addresse du médecin. Le lien de "veuillez nous contacter" permet de contacter l'administrateur du système. C'est essentiellement pour expliquer comment le système fonctionne.

DROITS D'AUTEUR

En postant des messages, télécharger les fichiers, saisissant des données ou n'importe quelle communication dans ce système, vous accordez au public le droit d'utiliser, copier, modifier, adapter les documents dont vous avez les droits d'auteur. Tous les utilisateurs de ce système cèdent tous les droits d'auteur qu'ils possèdent sur les messages, information et documents échangés en utilisant ce système. En utilisant ce système, vous avez accès à certaines fonctions, mais certains aspects restent les droits exclusifs du système. Nous et nos partenaires possèdent les droits d'auteurs aux composantes du système incluant les logiciels, manuels, noms, etc. Vous n'étes pas autorisé à produire les informations sous quelque forme que ce soit sans notre autorisation. Vous n'étes pas autorisé à reproduire, modifier, traduire, distribuer, un aspect du système ou celui d'un partenaire. etc.

LIMITES DE RESPONSABILITE

Le patient doit assumer les risques de toute responsabilité relative à l'utilisation du système. NOUS NE SERONS PAS RESPONSABLES POUR TOUT DOMMAGE DIRECT OU INDIRECT OU PERTES EN RELATION AVEC L'UTILISATION DU SYSTEME.

INDEMNISATION

Vous nous indemniserez contre toute réclamation, poursuite, dommage, responsabilité, perte, coût et dépenses (y compris les honoraires d'avocat) relatifs à tout acte de votre part ou à des documents ou informations transmis par vous en relation avec notre système, conduisant en totalité ou en partie à des réclamations contre nous ou notre système par des tiers, quel que soit le type de réclamation ou la nature de la cause d'action.

GUARANTIE

LE SYSTEME EST FOURNI «EN SON ETAT ACTUEL» ET NOUS NE DONNONS AUCUNE GARANTIE, EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE, QUANT A LA QUALITE, A LA CAPACITE DE SON UTILISATION OU UNE AUTRE GARANTIE, Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S'Y LIMITER, L'EXACTITUDE OU L'EXHAUSTIVITE DES INFORMATIONS CONTENUES AU SITE INTERNET OU FOURNIES PAR LE SYSTEM.

ACCEPTATION
